1. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only if a repair cannot be completed due to technical limitations.
- If a repair is completed successfully, refunds are not provided, but warranty services may apply for recurring issues.
- All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.
- Cancellations within less than 24 hours may be subject to a service cancellation fee.
- To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via phone or email.
3. Warranty on Repairs
- All repairs come with a warranty on parts and labor as specified at the time of service.
- Warranty covers the same issue repaired and is valid only under normal use.
- Unauthorized tampering, accidental damage, or additional issues void the warranty.
